Where Your Order Ships From

Our catalog is fulfilled from several partner warehouses.

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. Each shipment receives its own tracking number.

Shipping Costs

United States: shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: shipping is free on any order of 2 or more items, and on every order over $50 (£38 in the United Kingdom, €44 in Europe). For a single item below that amount, a flat rate is added at checkout: $10 in Canada, £7.99 in the United Kingdom and €8.99 in Europe. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. Delivery times outside the United States vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. If your order ships in multiple parcels, you will receive tracking for each one.

Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. MATERA pet is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
