Common Mistakes

• Rolling back and forth - that is how a sticky roller works, not this one. One direction only; the return stroke just undoes the pass.
• Waiting until the chamber is full - empty it every few passes. A packed chamber stops taking hair and you assume the tool has stopped working.
• Putting it away wet - let the head dry before it goes back in the drawer, or the fibres stay matted and lift less.
• Using it on a live pet - this is for fabric. Use a deshedding brush or a grooming glove on the animal itself.
