Fitting It Safely
Clean the glass and the cups with a damp cloth first - dust is the only reason a suction cup fails. Press each cup firmly until the air is out, then hang it low the first few days so a fall is a small one, and press the cups back down once a week as a habit.

How often should I replace water fountain or bottle filters?
With daily use, replace the filter every 4-6 weeks, or sooner if the water tastes off or the flow slows down. Each filter is made for one specific product: 3-in-1 water bottle filter, USB fountain cartridges and 101 oz fountain cartridges.
