Take the cushion out and machine wash that. Do not machine wash the house itself - the structured walls are what hold the shape.

How often should I replace water fountain or bottle filters?
With daily use, replace the filter every 4-6 weeks, or sooner if the water tastes off or the flow slows down. Each filter is made for one specific product: 3-in-1 water bottle filter, USB fountain cartridges and 101 oz fountain cartridges.
