How long does shipping take?

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. Measure your pet and compare with the chart. If your pet is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Are returns free?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return an item, and return shipping is free, even if you simply changed your mind. Items must be unused and in their original condition. If an item is defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, size or color, we also send you the right item or a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
How often should I replace water fountain or bottle filters?
With daily use, replace the filter every 4-6 weeks, or sooner if the water tastes off or the flow slows down. Each filter is made for one specific product: 3-in-1 water bottle filter, USB fountain cartridges and 101 oz fountain cartridges.
