Are returns free?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return an item, and return shipping is free, even if you simply changed your mind. Items must be unused and in their original condition. How often should I replace water fountain or bottle filters?
With daily use, replace the filter every 4-6 weeks, or sooner if the water tastes off or the flow slows down. Each filter is made for one specific product: 3-in-1 water bottle filter, USB fountain cartridges and 101 oz fountain cartridges.
