How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping is tracked, and orders are usually delivered in 4–10 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes. In the United States, shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. In Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, shipping is free on 2 or more items and on orders over $50 (£38 in the UK, €44 in Europe); for a single item below that amount, a small flat rate is shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves. If an order ships in several parcels, you receive a tracking link for each one.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. Measure your pet and compare with the chart. If your pet is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Are returns free?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return an item, and return shipping is free, even if you simply changed your mind. Items must be unused and in their original condition. If an item is defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, size or color, we also send you the right item or a full refund. See our refund policy for details.
How often should I replace water fountain or bottle filters?
With daily use, replace the filter every 4-6 weeks, or sooner if the water tastes off or the flow slows down. Each filter is made for one specific product: 3-in-1 water bottle filter, USB fountain cartridges and 101 oz fountain cartridges.
