Plenty of cats and dogs will not tolerate a brush but will happily be stroked for ten minutes. That is the whole idea of a grooming glove: your hand does what it already does, and the loose hair comes away with it. Most pets never realise they are being groomed - which is why a glove often collects more fur in practice than a better brush the animal refuses.
Key Features
- Feels like a hand, not a tool - the reason anxious and brush-shy pets accept it immediately.
- Soft tips catch loose hair - they pull out the undercoat that is already shedding without scratching the skin.
- Peel the hair off in one piece - the fur lifts off the glove as a sheet, so cleaning takes a second.
- Doubles as a massage - the light pressure across the body is what turns grooming into something your pet asks for.
- Works wet or dry - use it in the bath to spread shampoo, or dry on the sofa.
- Gets the awkward places - face, legs, tail and under the chin, where a rigid brush cannot follow the shape.
