How do I pick the right size?
Measure your dog's chest just behind the front legs and compare it with the Size Guide. The chest matters most for fit; if your dog is between two sizes, take the larger one.
Is the raincoat fully waterproof?
The PU-coated shell is water-repellent and keeps the back, chest and head dry on normal rainy walks. In a long downpour the legs and belly can still get wet, so a quick towel-off at the door is a good habit.
Will my dog tolerate the hood?
Most dogs accept it after a few short indoor try-ons with treats. The drawstring lets you loosen the hood, or you can leave it down and still protect the neck and back.
Can I use it with a harness?
Yes. Put the harness on first, then the raincoat, and clip the leash through the slot at the back of the neck.
How do I clean it?
Wipe off mud with a damp cloth, or hand wash in cool water with a mild soap and hang it to dry. Avoid the dryer and hot iron, which can damage the coating and the reflective stripes.

How often should I replace water fountain or bottle filters?
With daily use, replace the filter every 4-6 weeks, or sooner if the water tastes off or the flow slows down. Each filter is made for one specific product: 3-in-1 water bottle filter, USB fountain cartridges and 101 oz fountain cartridges.
